Emmels DinkelRind in Neuberg

First of all: We always like to be at DinkelRind and have already attended dinner events before Covid. Due to the current circumstances, we have decided to support the restaurant and order the Christmas menu. Since we are vegan, we opted for the lamb's lettuce with smoked dates and the nut roast with Brussels sprouts, mushroom jus and pumpkin gnocchi. The order, as well as the order processing went smoothly. Since we picked up the ingredients the day before, we had to finalize them. The preparation was simple and well described, even if we deviated from the instructions a little ;-). What shall we say Even the two non-vegan family members loved it. The skepticism was wiped away. Very successful menu. We also had the tiramisu we had prepared ourselves. The portions were sufficient and the price-performance ratio was accordingly good. A small point of criticism, unfortunately the bottle with the vinigrette was not completely closed. Very little leaked out, however. Conclusion: With pleasure again! Many thanks to the team and the associated relief on Christmas Eve :).

Great food - delicious at home too

It's a great restaurant, in 2020 they won 4th place as Trentküche in the Reihnmaing area. An extremely friendly staff, excellent food and selected drinks come together from the regional area in Thomas Emmels Dinkelrind.

We ate very well at the "Dinkelrind" yesterday evening. The prices were a bit more expensive for it, among others. seasonal products and a lot from the region. The staff was lovely and also gave us some good recommendations. The corona rules were implemented very well. The tables were very, very far apart. It was ensured that every guest disinfected their hands in the entrance area. We felt very comfortable, had a nice evening and would be happy to come back.

Here is cooked with iebe💛 One of our favorite restaurants. Regional, seasonal and high-quality food. Super nice and courteous owners and always friendly and competent service staff. We just feel comfortable there and no matter what you eat it is always a party! The only problem ..... Despite the clear seasonal menu, you can't decide what to eat because everything tastes amazing! ❤️ 😅 There is something for everyone! Allergy-friendly and always something vegan! Price-performance ratio is perfect!

Unfortunately we were not satisfied. Price is simply overpriced, even for regional products. I find a hygiene fee of € 1.50 per guest really overpriced.

Very good vegan burger on gluten-free rolls and a hunter's schnitzel with extra mushrooms and onions. The greeting from the kitchen consisted of a falafel tart. Top service and extremely meticulous with Corona protective measures. Here you will find a feel-good atmosphere, modern and selected cuisine. We recommend.

We ordered and picked up the food, as there is currently no other way to get this world-class food due to the Corona crisis. The service is well thought out. You can tell that you put a lot of effort into delivering good service and at the same time cooking really good food. Flavor 1A. We will be back definitely.
